EPC came to us to help them stand out from the rest of the palliative care services in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne. How could they stand out in a crowd? How could they inform their clients that they’re here to help with out them getting confused with the other services of a similar name? How could they serve them and meet more of their needs? 

With a bit of wit we set out to differentiate EPC from the other service options. EPC became a brand with a personality their ideal client would not only be attracted to, but emotionally connected to.
